We have a guest comments book that people write in during or after their stay with us, showing their appreciation and support for our staff and services. This book is passed around our staff, and with glee, we take in the samples of adoration and affirmation from our happy clients, and stand firm in knowing that we are doing a great job!
One day, I realised the importance of this little book to us, and how it told of all the wonderful features of our apartments. Then it occurred to me, that if it was such a great tool for us, how it would be an even better tool for any of our potential clients to make an informed choice to stay with us at Caroline Serviced Apartments.
How did we turn this little book into a widely accessible platform for any person wanting to come and spend a night or more with us? We have started filming our actual guest telling anyone who wants to know, what it is like to stay, and here are the results….

I remember when I travelled to Adelaide early this year with my dad. We stopped at the giant koala in Dadswell Bridge, and my favourite thing was reading the guest book. I felt like I got to learn a little more about the people that had travelled there over the years.
I think video testimonials are a great idea and something that makes you guys a lot more accessible. Top stuff.
